ST segment depression & T-wave inversion post climbing stairs - 79 year old male

One case of a 79 year old male where ST segment depression & T-wave inversion post climbing stairs were observed is detailed below.

The heart rate is about 100 bpm.

Walking after climbing up & down stairs

The subject experienced exhaustion and hence stopped climbing up & down stairs and started walking thereafter. Heart rate is about about 110 bpm. Notice ST segment depression & T-wave inversion.

Sitting

The heart rate falls to about 70bpm after sitting and the ECG reverts back to the baseline without ST segment depression & T-wave inversion.
